Anthropic Claude Partner Network: New Services Track Tiers and Partner Hub Portal - News and Statistics

Anthropic introduced two new components to its Claude Partner Network on Wednesday, according to an announcement. The company added a tiered Services Track that categorizes consulting firms based on their level of Claude deployment for clients, and a Partner Hub portal that enables companies to locate qualified implementation partners.

Services Track Tiers

The Services Track consists of three levels. The Select tier requires a minimum of 10 practitioners with Claude certification, at least two client deployments operating in production, and one publicly available customer endorsement. The Preferred tier demands 100 certified practitioners, 15 customers with active deployments, and three published endorsements. The highest tier, Global Premier, requires 1,000 certified practitioners, deployments with 100 customers across at least three regions, 15 public endorsements, and a jointly developed business plan supported by named executive sponsors.

Network Growth and Certification

Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March with a $100 million commitment for training, technical support, and co-marketing resources for partners. Since the program opened, more than 40,000 companies have applied for membership, and the Anthropic Partner Academy has issued Claude certifications to over 10,000 consultants.

Major Firm Integrations

Several large professional-services firms have incorporated Claude into their operations. Accenture has trained 30,000 professionals on Claude, Cognizant has provided access to approximately 350,000 associates, and Deloitte has made the model available across its global workforce of 470,000. KPMG is integrating Claude into workflows for more than 276,000 employees. Infosys has concentrated on developing Claude-based agents for specific industries, while PwC has started introducing Claude Code and Cowork to its U.S. workforce as an initial phase.

Partner Hub Features

Through the Partner Hub, each member firm receives access to a directory visible to prospective enterprise clients, along with a daily-updated tracking dashboard that shows the firm’s progress relative to the published thresholds for each tier. A new MCP connector enables firms to link the Hub directly to Claude, allowing partnership status queries from within the model itself.

Strategic Context

The formalization of these programs is linked to Anthropic’s broader effort to show business maturity ahead of a potential public offering, as reported by The Wall Street Journal. Steve Corfield, Anthropic’s head of global business development and partnerships, told The Wall Street Journal that the move helps demonstrate to the market that the company is thinking about scale. Corfield also commented that the company wants durability of customer success, which should drive durability of revenue for the company.
