HCLTech has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud and ServiceNow to launch industry-focused Gemini AI solutions aimed at accelerating the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) in enterprises.

This collaboration combines Google Cloud’s Gemini AI models, ServiceNow’s workflow platform, and HCLTech’s engineering expertise to create AI-powered applications for businesses transitioning from pilot projects to full-scale implementations.

The expanded alliance seeks to simplify AI adoption across industries by enabling organizations to automate business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deploy AI at scale. Rather than establishing a new commercial agreement, HCLTech has strengthened its existing technology partnership with both companies to meet the increasing demand for generative AI solutions.

As part of this collaboration, HCLTech is introducing AI offerings tailored for sectors such as manufacturing, field services, customer support, and enterprise IT operations. Among the initial solutions is the AI-powered Factory Shop Floor Assistant, designed to provide manufacturers with real-time operational insights.

The partnership will also facilitate AI applications for customer service, incident management, and IT automation, thereby helping businesses streamline workflows and improve decision-making.

This initiative builds on HCLTech’s recently launched Gemini Enterprise business unit, which focuses on developing enterprise AI services utilizing Google’s latest AI technologies. The announcement comes at a time when technology companies are increasingly focused on aiding enterprises in moving from AI experimentation to production-scale deployments.

Businesses are looking for AI platforms that can integrate with existing workflows while enhancing productivity and minimizing manual processes. By merging Google’s AI models with ServiceNow’s enterprise workflow platform, HCLTech aims to provide organizations with integrated AI solutions deployable across multiple business functions.

Following the announcement, HCLTech shares remained stable in market trading, suggesting that investors perceive this development as an enhancement of an existing strategic collaboration rather than a new revenue-generating contract. Nonetheless, the partnership reinforces HCLTech’s position in the enterprise AI market, where the demand for scalable AI services is on the rise across various industries.
