Globant and Anthropic announced an alliance to embed Claude into AI Pods, accelerating agentic AI from experimentation to enterprise production.
Globant announced a multi-year strategic alliance with Anthropic to integrate the Claude family of models into its AI Pods delivery framework. The agreement establishes Globant as a Preferred Services Partner within the Claude Partner Network and introduces Claude-powered AI Pods as part of its enterprise services portfolio.
The initiative is designed to convert GenAI capabilities into operational workflows for enterprise clients. Claude, developed by Anthropic, will be embedded into Globant’s agentic service units, known as AI Pods, which are structured to execute business processes through orchestration layers combining AI agents and human oversight.
The partnership aims to shift enterprise AI adoption from experimentation to production-scale deployment, says Martín Migoya, CEO and Co-Founder, Globant. He notes that integrating Claude into AI Pods, along with Forward Deploy Engineer certification programs, enables enterprises to operationalize agentic AI within core business functions.
The partnership takes place amid a broader shift in enterprise technology toward agentic AI systems. These systems move beyond conversational interfaces and are increasingly designed to execute multi-step workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and support decision-making processes across industries.
Globant’s AI Pods model is positioned within this transition as a service delivery structure that combines domain expertise, AI orchestration, and deployment engineering. The addition of Claude expands the model’s foundation in large language model capabilities, particularly in tasks requiring long-context processing, workflow automation, and multi-domain reasoning.
According to Globant, AI Pods are already used by 40% of its 20 highest-revenue accounts, indicating early adoption within large enterprise clients. The company also reports that 28,500 employees, referred to as Globers, now have access to Claude, supporting internal adoption alongside client-facing deployment.
Phil Samenuk, Head of Partnerships, Anthropic, says the collaboration reflects an effort to integrate Claude into enterprise service models that prioritize production-level deployment and measurable operational outcomes.
Deal Structure
The agreement formalizes several operational components across Globant’s AI transformation strategy. First, Globant has access to Anthropic’s Forward Deployed Engineer certification programs. These programs are intended to build specialized engineering capacity for implementing and scaling AI systems in enterprise environments, particularly where integration with legacy systems and regulated workflows is required.
Second, Globant has become one of the first large-scale service providers in Latin America to join the Claude Partner Network as a Preferred Services Partner. This designation provides structured access to Claude models and associated enablement resources for enterprise deployment.
Third, Claude access has been extended internally across Globant’s workforce of 28,500 employees. The company states that this internal deployment is intended to standardize AI usage patterns across delivery teams and accelerate enterprise readiness for client implementations.
The integration of Claude into AI Pods enables enterprises to deploy agentic AI systems with governance, security controls, and operational oversight embedded in the service model, says Diego Maldonado, CEO of Enterprise Studio and Strategic Partnerships, Globant.
Industry-Specific Deployment Scenarios
The AI Pods model powered by Claude is being applied across multiple industry verticals.
Media and Entertainment: Claude is used to process large contextual datasets for script analysis, content localization, and rights management workflows. The system also supports audience analytics to inform content development strategies.Airlines: Claude is applied to dynamic booking personalization and automated communication systems during operational disruptions. These use cases focus on real-time customer interaction management and multichannel response generation.Gaming: Claude supports pre-production documentation, design workflow optimization, contextual player assistance, and moderation systems for online communities. The emphasis is on reducing manual production overhead and improving community management scalability.Hospitality: Claude-enabled systems are used for multilingual concierge services, itinerary planning across destinations, and guest communication personalization. The implementation is designed to support high-volume service environments with variable demand patterns.
The integration of Claude into AI Pods signals a continued shift toward embedding AI systems directly into enterprise service delivery layers rather than treating them as standalone tools.
Globant positions AI Pods as execution units that combine AI agents, engineering frameworks, and domain expertise to deliver measurable outputs. The model emphasizes production deployment, workflow automation, and continuous operational oversight rather than isolated AI experimentation.
The company indicates that scaling certified Forward Deployed Engineers and expanding Claude integration across its workforce are key priorities for the next phase of deployment.
Operating Model Evolution
The partnership reflects a broader evolution in enterprise services, where AI capability is increasingly embedded into managed service structures rather than delivered as discrete software products.
For Globant, the AI Pods framework functions as a modular delivery system that can be adapted across industries. It combines agentic AI execution, engineering certification pipelines, and internal workforce enablement under a unified operating model. For Anthropic, the collaboration extends Claude’s deployment footprint into enterprise services at scale, particularly through a large systems integrator with established delivery operations across multiple regions and industries.
