AGI Greenpac has appointed Prem Viswanathan as Vice President, Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the packaging company prepares for its next phase of business growth and organisational transformation.
In his new role, Viswanathan will lead the company’s human resources function, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, organisational capability and workforce strategy. He will also be responsible for aligning people initiatives with AGI Greenpac’s long term business objectives as the company continues to expand its operations.
Viswanathan brings 17 years of HR leadership experience across the FMCG, consumer goods, food and beverage and real estate sectors. He joins AGI Greenpac from Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities, where he served as Chief People Officer, leading the HR strategy for a workforce of more than 5,000 employees. Earlier, he held senior human resources roles at Danone, Raymond Consumer Care, Frigorifico Allana and Oberoi Realty.
Commenting on the appointment, Rajesh Khosla, CEO, AGI Greenpac, said Viswanathan’s experience in building high performing teams and strengthening people practices would support the company’s growth journey.
