It\u2019s like the \u2018Wrapped\u2019 feature you see every major streaming or AI service announce at the end of a year, except it\u2019s not called Claude Wrapped.<\/p>\n<p>The feature is called Claude Reflect, as it does more than simply tell you what you\u2019ve been using the AI for. Available in beta for free, Pro, and Max <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitaltrends.com\/computing\/anthropics-claude-can-now-remember-your-work-projects-and-preferences\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">users who have enabled memory<\/a>, the feature encourages mindful use of Claude or other AI tools.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1200\" data-wp-class--hide=\"state.isContentHidden\" data-wp-class--show=\"state.isContentVisible\" data-wp-init=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-async--click=\"actions.showLightbox\" data-wp-on-async--load=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" data-wp-on-async-window--resize=\"callbacks.setButtonStyles\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Claude-Reflect-dashboard.jpg\" alt=\"Page, Text, Document\" class=\"wp-image-5988688\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anthropic.com\/news\/reflect-with-claude\" rel=\"nofollow noskim noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Anthropic<\/a><\/p>\n<p>So what does Claude Reflect actually show you?<\/p>\n<p>Available in Settings in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitaltrends.com\/computing\/anthropic-claude-how-to-use\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Claude\u2019s web and desktop apps<\/a>, Reflect generates a summary of your Claude activity for one, three, six, or 12 months.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It breaks down the topics you engage with most, identifies patterns in your usage, and categorizes your interactions using Anthropic\u2019s 4D AI Fluency Framework: delegation, description, discernment, and diligence.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Think of it as a structured breakdown of how you work with AI rather than just a raw count of conversations and topics. The feature has been developed with MIT Media Lab, the Digital Wellness Lab at Boston Children\u2019s Hospital, and the Family Online Safety Institute.<\/p>\n<p>Anthropic also clarifies that incognito and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitaltrends.com\/cool-tech\/anthropics-claude-will-soon-help-you-make-sense-of-your-apple-watch-health-data\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">health-integration conversations<\/a> are excluded entirely.
