If you’re already using Plaud to record meetings, interviews or voice notes, there’s now an easier way to work with that content inside ChatGPT.

Plaud has launched the Plaud ChatGPT App, a native integration for ChatGPT on web and mobile that lets users connect their Plaud account and query their entire recording library using natural language.

Once connected through ChatGPT’s Apps directory, users can ask ChatGPT to search recordings by date, participant, topic or keyword, then generate summaries, identify key discussion points or combine insights across multiple meetings. Rather than jumping between applications or manually copying transcripts, the integration keeps the workflow entirely within ChatGPT.

For professionals, that means quickly turning meetings into action items, drafting post-meeting reports, creating weekly team summaries, preparing consulting deliverables or analysing trends across speaker-labelled transcripts with a simple prompt.

“This launch is a pivotal moment in our broader platform strategy,” said Megumi Yoshinaga, Head of APAC Marketing at Plaud. “While our Plaud MCP server introduced powerful meeting intelligence to developers this past May, the Plaud ChatGPT App brings the same meeting intelligence capability to a broader consumer audience through a simple, no-code experience.”

From a DRN perspective, this is one of the more practical AI integrations. Instead of introducing yet another AI assistant, Plaud is giving ChatGPT access to something far more valuable – your own meeting history. That makes it significantly easier to retrieve information buried across hours of recordings, spot recurring themes and produce polished outputs without manually digging through transcripts.

We’ve recommended Plaud to several readers because it’s one of those rare AI products that genuinely saves time rather than creating more work. If you’d like to see why it earned such a strong recommendation, check out our hands-on review of the Plaud NotePin and Plaud Note.

Getting started takes less than two minutes. Users simply visit chatgpt.com, open the Apps directory, search for Plaud, and connect their account with a single click.

One of my favourite gadgets from this year just got supercharged.
