\"<p>MoreMore than 23,000 developers use AI tools daily, supported by a network of over 1,300 AI experts and enablement leads.LTM, a Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Group company, on Wednesday said it will lead the deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot<\/a> across the L&T Group<\/a>, enabling the AI-powered workplace assistant for around 1.4 lakh employees as part of one of India’s largest enterprise artificial intelligence<\/a> (AI) workplace transformation<\/a> initiatives.<\/p>\n

According to the official press release, the enterprise-wide rollout will integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot into everyday workflows to improve productivity, accelerate issue resolution and enhance collaboration and decision-making across the group.<\/p>\n

LTM, the largest adopter of Microsoft 365 Copilot within L&T, will spearhead the deployment through its AI-powered solutions, Agent A.S.K. for sales and RAIma, a digital employee assistant<\/a> for HR support.<\/p>\n

The release added that RAIma has already delivered a 70 per cent improvement in IT and HR query resolution while increasing employee engagement and HR productivity by 15 per cent. More than 23,000 developers use AI tools daily, supported by a network of over 1,300 AI experts and enablement leads.<\/p>\n

“AI will fundamentally reshape how work gets done and how organisations create value. We are moving beyond pilots to embed AI responsibly and at scale across the enterprise,” said Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, LTM.<\/p>\n

Puneet Chandok, President, Microsoft India and South Asia, said, the deployment marks a shift from early experimentation to enterprise-wide AI adoption, enabling L&T to improve productivity, accelerate decision-making and create value at scale.<\/p>\n

LTM said it has trained over 90 per cent of its workforce in generative AI<\/a> and is working with Microsoft to establish responsible AI practices covering governance, security, privacy, compliance and ethical AI adoption across large enterprises.\n <\/p>\n
