It\u2019s a completely new channel and a\u00a0 completely different way of thinking about advertising \u2014 and we\u2019re all in.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But we\u2019re not here pretending this is a silver bullet overnight. The real value is helping our clients get\u00a0 a seat at the table to learn how this new format evolves in Australia\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>ChatGPT is rapidly becoming a discovery and recommendation engine for consumers. And, with millions of Australians now using the platform each month, behaviour is moving fast from \u201csearch\u00a0 and click\u201d to \u201cask and trust.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And unlike traditional search, where intent is often pre-determined, ChatGPT sits earlier in the journey\u00a0 \u2014 at the point where consumers are still forming opinions.
