Fort Worth will receive $10.6 million in new tax revenue over a 10-year period if both facilities are built, according to the city. The company would see its taxes reduced by $30.7 million over that period.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s no better place than Alliance,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Ambassador Alexander Yui, Taiwan\u2019s representative to the United States, said the factory is an example of the longstanding strong relationship between both countries. Taiwan\u2019s business in the U.S. continues to grow, he said.<\/p>\n

Huang wrote on his that the part is \u201cthe world\u2019s first made in Texas U.S.A.\u201d and added his signature.<\/p>\n Huang said AI is highly misunderstood.<\/p>\n \u201cAI is actually a whole new industry,\u201d he said, referring to sustainability he claimed could be achieved by recirculating water in the system.<\/p>\n He said companies are building the fundamental infrastructure for AI systems much like railroads helped build America.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s exactly the same idea,\u201d Huang said.<\/p>\n Chris Jamieson, the District 10 City Council member who represents the area, said the factory opening is fantastic for the city\u2019s economy as leaders plan short- and long-range infrastructure upgrades.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a good opportunity,\u201d Jamieson said. \u201cThat\u2019s why this area is growing as fast as it is, there\u2019s so many job opportunities here.\u201d<\/p>\n Jamieson said the AllianceTexas development \u201cset the bar\u201d for economic development in the city\u2019s booming far northern area. City leaders hope to replicate that example in other areas of Fort Worth, he said.<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s the model we want to look at,\u201d Jamieson said.<\/p>\n Eric E.
