A Mayor Zohran Mamdani <\/a>tweet about the Jewish holy day of Tisha B\u2019Av was such a soulless snooze, X\u2019s AI bot\u00a0roasted him for \u201cgeneric\u201d writing no better than autocorrect.<\/p>\n A user asked the bot, named Grok, to \u201cdrop a roast\u201d<\/a> about Hizzoner\u2019s post wishing Jewish New Yorkers \u201ca\u00a0peaceful\u201d and \u201cmeaningful\u201d fast on Wednesday \u2014 and the AI complied by pushing some hilariously harsh buttons.<\/p>\n \u201cHere\u2019s the roast: The mayor\u2019s tweet is so generic it feels like it was generated by prompting a LLM [large language model AI] with \u2018write a respectful message about Tisha B\u2019Av without saying anything specific,\u2019\u201d the bot zinged on X.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201c\u2019History and resiliency of the Jewish people\u2019 \u2013 solid, but where\u2019s the personality?\u201d it posted, quoting part of Mamdani\u2019s message.<\/p>\n \u201cMay your fast be as meaningful as this tweet is memorable,\u201d it teased. \u201cRoasted with love (and zero calories, fitting the theme).\u201d<\/p>\n The chatbot \u201croasted\u201d Mamdani for his generic tweet about Tisha B\u2019Av.
