Colman Domingo<\/a> obliterated Elon Musk<\/a> in a scathing monologue during a guest host appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week.<\/p>\n

Taking to the studio stage on 23 July, the Academy Award-nominated actor spoke about Musk\u2019s plans to use his AI platform Grok to make a more \u201chistorically accurate\u201d version<\/a> of Christopher Nolan\u2019s The Odyssey.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t wanna get technical, but you can\u2019t make a historically accurate version of something that is totally made the f*** up,\u201d Colman said, to laughter and applause from the audience.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, The Odyssey is fiction. You know, like The Hunger Games! Or the president\u2019s cognitive exams. I mean, come on, doesn\u2019t Elon Musk have better things to do? Wasn\u2019t this b**** supposed to be on Mars by now?\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued: \u201cBut maybe we should show a little compassion for Elon. This is a tough time for him. Helen of Troy is a beautiful Black woman. And this week, Jimmy Kimmel is a beautiful Black man.\u201d<\/p>\n

On 22 July, Musk shared a post to his X profile that featured a three-minute clip of Homer\u2019s Odyssey generated on Grok Imagine.<\/p>\n

Musk claimed the film would be \u201chistorically accurate and true to the art of Homer\u201d, despite the ancient poem being a fictitious tale featuring gods, monsters, and mythical beings.<\/p>\n

The tech billionaire has repeatedly objected to Nolan\u2019s creative choices in his blockbuster, amplifying racist and transphobic criticism<\/a> of casting actors Lupita Nyong\u2019o and Elliot Page.<\/p>\n

Musk claimed Nolan brought Nyong\u2019o on board because \u201che wants the awards\u201d in a 13 May post to his X profile, and called Page\u2019s casting \u201cone of the dumbest and twisted things [he\u2019s] ever heard\u201d in a post shared on 11 May.<\/p>\n

He has also suggested he would be \u201cdown\u201d to bankroll a live-action version directed by Mel Gibson after an X user wrote: \u201cI want Elon Musk to give Mel Gibson $100million to film an Odyssey adaptation with painstakingly historically accurate ships, armour, weapons, and casting, with all dialogue taken straight from the original poem and delivered in Homeric Greek.\u201d<\/p>\n
