The tool allows users to upload supported carrier plan documents, with AI extracting and organising key plan information before a human reviews and approves the data.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"877\">Vertafore said the agent can achieve 90% accuracy and reduce plan setup times by up to 70%, allowing agencies to complete workflows that previously required significant manual data entry and document review in minutes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"1245\">The launch reflects a broader shift across insurance technology, with vendors increasingly embedding AI agents into operational workflows to automate repetitive tasks while retaining human oversight for decision-making.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1508\">The AI agent is built on Vertafore\u2019s Velocity AI Platform, which supports the company\u2019s wider strategy of embedding artificial intelligence across insurance distribution workflows, including sales, servicing, accounting, underwriting and back-office operations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"2069\">Correll Insurance Group director of training Brooke Flanagan said, \u201cThe Benefit Plan Agent addresses one of the most time intensive parts of the process by organizing and extracting plan information before I ever begin my review. Instead of spending hours entering data, I can focus on validating it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2264\">\u201cI really appreciate that the AI doesn\u2019t try to replace my judgement.
