Fenergo<\/a>, a provider of digital solutions for KYC, AML and CLM, has unveiled Fen-AI, an agentic AI orchestration platform aimed at financial institutions.<\/p>\n

The platform is designed to let banks and other regulated firms automate work across the client lifecycle while keeping humans in the loop, enforcing uniform policy controls and retaining a full audit trail. Fenergo counts more than 40% of the world\u2019s top 50 banks among its clients and serves over 110 financial institutions in total.<\/p>\n

Fen-AI underpins KYRA, the company\u2019s governed agentic workforce, which orchestrates AI activity spanning onboarding, periodic reviews, ongoing monitoring and material client changes. The system sits on top of Fen-X, Fenergo\u2019s Legal Entity System of Record, and logs every action, source, decision and rationale in real time as tasks are carried out.<\/p>\n

This allows institutions to expand the speed and capacity of KYC and CLM operations while ensuring outcomes remain traceable, explainable and prepared for regulatory scrutiny.<\/p>\n

The launch effectively turns the Fen-X record into what Fenergo calls a Continuous System of Control, supplying authoritative client data, regulatory policy logic and decision evidence, and governing how AI capabilities interact with that information. KYRA then carries out the work inside defined governance boundaries.<\/p>\n

An Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Interoperability Framework enables firms to securely link Fenergo agents with approved client and third-party agents via a single governed interface.<\/p>\n

Using Model Context Protocol\u00a0alongside A2A interoperability, the platform authenticates requests, maintains client and journey context across handoffs and attributes each completed action, with outcomes anchored to Fen-X in an immutable evidence trail. Institutions can therefore add new agentic capabilities without losing oversight as activity passes between agents and systems.<\/p>\n

Fen-AI additionally offers operational reporting on the value generated by agents, letting teams track completed tasks, analyst hours returned, manual activity avoided, throughput gained, entities covered and workload by capability, helping firms pinpoint where automation is adding capacity and where further controls may be needed.<\/p>\n

The initial KYRA release comprises six automation agents built to handle routine operational tasks across the client lifecycle, with further Fen-AI capabilities set to arrive in the coming quarters.<\/p>\n
