Photo courtesy of Google Korea<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">Google is launching Gemini Spark, a personal artificial intelligence (AI) agent capable of working around the clock across its Workspace tools such as Gmail and Sheets, in Korea.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">Google Korea said on the 30th that it will roll out Gemini Spark on a phased basis to users subscribed to Google AI Pro or higher-tier plans. Gemini Spark is a personal AI agent powered by Google&#8217;s AI model &#8216;Gemini 3.6.&#8217; It performs tasks designated by users through cloud infrastructure, even when the laptop is closed or the smartphone screen is locked. It can also connect with Google&#8217;s workspace tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets without separate setup.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">According to use cases presented by Google, Gemini Spark can automatically add the contents of flight or hotel booking confirmation emails to a travel itinerary spreadsheet. It can also search the Gmail inbox for emails related to subscription renewals and automatic payments to organize service names and monthly fees, as well as draft replies to customer inquiries and save them in the Gmail drafts folder.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">Important tasks such as payments or sending emails are designed to require the user&#8217;s prior approval before execution. Gemini Spark supports Korean and English for Google AI Pro and AI Ultra subscribers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">A Google Korea official said, &#8220;Gemini Spark will handle cumbersome digital tasks on behalf of users according to their instructions, helping them focus fully on what matters most.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Gemini Spark logo.
