AutoRek<\/a> has acquired Grath in a move designed to give financial firms of all sizes a governed, audit-ready path to automated reconciliation.<\/p>\n

The deal brings Grath\u2019s AI-driven technology for reconciliation and compliance into AutoRek\u2019s portfolio, positioning the combined business as a single partner covering the entire reconciliation lifecycle, spanning data ingestion, matching, controls, and risk and compliance management.<\/p>\n

Customers will now be able to select from three operating models under one governed control framework. The first is AutoRek\u2019s core Enterprise Private Cloud platform, aimed at firms with heavy transaction volumes, complicated data sources and demanding regulatory obligations, which pairs proven controls automation with the AutoRek Intelligent Agent (ARIA) for AI-driven operational intelligence.<\/p>\n

The second is Grath\u2019s multi-tenant SaaS reconciliation platform, suited to fast-growing businesses that want FCA-aligned governance without building their own infrastructure, now backed by AutoRek\u2019s global scale and service model.<\/p>\n

The third is Topa, Grath\u2019s embedded AI infrastructure launched earlier this year, which lets teams building proprietary AI-powered operations plug a matching engine, machine learning models trained on financial services data and an agentic reasoning layer for exception handling directly into their own systems.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in London, Grath serves banks, payment providers, brokers and FinTechs from bases in the UK, UAE and Australia.<\/p>\n

The transaction also advances AutoRek\u2019s international ambitions. Grath brings a US client roster that strengthens AutoRek\u2019s expanding American footprint, following the recent opening of its Miami office and two senior sales appointments focused on the region, while Grath\u2019s UAE customers deepen AutoRek\u2019s reach in the Middle East.<\/p>\n

AutoRek CEO Chris Livesey said, \u201cCustomers want the benefits of AI delivered through governance, auditability and human oversight. By bringing together AutoRek\u2019s enterprise control capabilities with Grath\u2019s AI innovation, customers gain more choice in how they deploy and more confidence in the controls that underpin it.\u201d<\/p>\n
