However, on July 31, her attorney’s filed a motion to amend the bond, stating that Whitney Cheatham is a “content creator” and that she needed to travel to Nashville, Tennessee from Aug. 6 to Aug. 10, 2026, for that job.

The filing said Whitney Cheatham was only requesting to travel for her job and for those specific dates. The third carries a mandatory minimum of ten calendar years,” read the filing from prosecutors. “A defendant facing multiple mandatory sentences, two of them a quarter-century each, has every reason to run.”

The court document from prosecutors continued, stating, “the Court need not guess whether this Defendant would run,” because she allegedly already said she would.

Prosecutors said at her prior bond hearing they played a recorded call in which Whitney Cheatham told someone else to tell her father, Kelvin Cheatham, to not turn himself in. On the same call, Whitney Cheatham reportedly said if she got out, she was not coming back.

The motion against amending her bond also claims the letter filed as proof of her invite to the “professional development and networking summit,” is “not what it claims to be.”

“It names no company – only ‘Content House’. Prosecutors reportedly submitted the document to Pangram, a notable AI-detection service, which they said concluded the entirety of the letter was AI-generated.

Prosecutors said at a prior bond hearing, they introduced evidence that Whitney Cheatham used ChatGPT to ask how to forge a prescription for narcotics. They allege the letter appeared to be another fabricated document.

According to court documents, Whitney Cheatham has an Instagram account which “openly advertises links to her subscription pornography platforms.”

On the same day Whitney Cheatham filed a motion to amend her bond so she could travel to Nashville, she posted to her Instagram, telling her followers she was “getting all hot & ready for the content house…first weekend of August,” and that she could not “wait to play and film something extra naughty while there.”

In opposition to Whitney Cheatham’s motion to amend bond, prosecutors alleged that the purpose of the trip was to film pornography for commercial distribution.

The prosecution also asked the court to increase Whitney Cheatham’s bond, stating she fabricated evidence and posed a flight risk.

Get news alerts in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store or subscribe to our email newsletter here.

Copyright 2026 WBRC.
