{"id":130566,"date":"2026-08-05T17:50:15","date_gmt":"2026-08-05T17:50:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/130566\/"},"modified":"2026-08-05T17:50:15","modified_gmt":"2026-08-05T17:50:15","slug":"fiserv-and-stuut-team-to-bring-ai-agents-to-accounts-receivable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/130566\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiserv and Stuut Team to Bring AI Agents to Accounts Receivable\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments\/financial services technology company\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiserv.com\/en.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fiserv<\/a>\u00a0has teamed with accounts receivable automation firm\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.stuut.ai\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Stuut Technologies<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this collaboration, the companies will help eligible enterprise finance teams modernize manual and \u201cfragmented\u201d B2B receivables processes where available, Fiserv said in a Wednesday (Aug. 4)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/investors.fiserv.com\/news-releases\/news-release-details\/fiserv-and-stuut-partner-bring-agentic-ai-enterprise-receivables\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">news release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cBusinesses are increasingly looking for ways to improve customer experiences while optimizing working capital,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jackson-mcintosh\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jackson McIntosh<\/a>, senior vice president for payments value added services at Fiserv, said in the release.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTogether with Stuut, we are combining our payment and receivables expertise with AI innovation, helping our clients streamline order-to-cash workflows, support productivity gains, improve operational efficiency and deliver greater value.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Founded in 2024, Stuut helps B2B enterprises use agentic artificial intelligence (AI) to transform AI to transform \u201cmanual, error-prone\u201d order-to-cash processes. The release said the company\u2019s AI agent has collected more than $2 billion in B2B invoices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this collaboration, the companies will join Fiserv\u2019s Commerce Hub, global payments platform and SnapPay order-to-cash solution with Stuut\u2019s AI-enabled automation capabilities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This combination is designed to \u201csupport collections, cash application, payments, disputes, and deductions, subject to applicable requirements and implementation timelines,\u201d the release said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commerce Hub will act as the payment processing foundation for Stuut\u2019s platform, while SnapPay will embed Stuut\u2019s technology to, where available, help automate accounts receivable and B2B payment workflows for eligible enterprises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PYMNTS wrote earlier this year about the\u00a0\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/back-office\/accounts-receivable\/2026\/accounts-receivable-gets-an-ai-upgrade\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AI upgrade<\/a>\u201d happening to accounts receivable (AR) departments, a change that is \u201cabout what the systems now know\u201d rather than just speed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTraditional AR reporting works as a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/accounts-receivable\/2025\/3-ways-ai-shifts-accounts-receivable-from-lagging-to-leading-indicator\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">lagging indicator<\/a>: Teams compile aging reports at month\u2019s end, categorize overdue invoices by days past due, and assess risk using historical averages or static credit scores,\u201d that report said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AI models integrated with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems can now predict the likelihood of a specific invoice being paid late before it goes out, employing structured data such as payment history and invoice size, as well as unstructured data like sentiment from customer emails and dispute frequency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPurpose-built AR platforms take this further by applying a behavioral layer on top of ERP data.
