We created agents that are for specific task, nothing else,” Arora said.

In this video interview with ISMG at Black Hat USA 2026, Arora also discussed:

The physical security risks of AI assistants reading calendars, emails and file access logs;
How broad access to email and collaboration data can expose business and physical security risks;
Why organizations should test small use cases before increasing agent autonomy.

Arora has more than a decade of experience in threat intelligence, incident response and digital forensics. He has supported domestic and international investigations with the FBI and held security roles at Visa and Neustar. His expertise includes malware analysis, ransomware detection, open-source intelligence, bitcoin investigations, product management and financial crime and fraud mitigation.

McKesson’s Arsh Arora on Building Guardrails for Autonomous AI Michael Novinson (MichaelNovinson) • August 6, 2026 …

[6
405,1365,32086,1710,65828,7537,8174,65826,60670,65827,9578
post-132018","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-agentic-ai","tag-ai-agents","tag-ai-automation","tag-ai-guardrails","tag-ai-security","tag-arsh-arora","tag-artificial-intelligence-agents","tag-autonomous-ai","tag-cyber-incident-response","tag-human-oversight","tag-mckesson","tag-zero-trust
["GET
