Once you select a restaurant, Ask Maps can automatically add the dish you\u2019re looking for directly to your cart so you can easily review and complete your order.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"P3YVVC5OBBELPEA2PVZJXU2MGE\">But it\u2019s not just food-ordering that\u2019s a part of Ask Maps\u2019s new offerings: Users can book hotels, find local events to check out, and even cater traveling plans to flights. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"OUM2HBC5FZEEZJROHZSFE3YBTY\">Square and Toast have been confirmed as partners in this new initiative. Uber Eats is reportedly next on the list. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"HDDJBJ6MQNHANGFPONE7ZAH4D4\">News of Ask Maps\u2019s new capabilities arrives just a month <a href=\"https:\/\/www.al.com\/news\/2026\/07\/use-waze-for-directions-you-can-now-make-it-less-chatty-among-other-things.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">after Waze<\/a> \u2014 another Google navigation app \u2014 announced similar features. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"L4TTYKQKRRBHJMAZH7JFUG2DNQ\">Google confirmed that the new Ask Maps features are being rolled out in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, Japan, and Mexico, plus over 150 countries and territories in English. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Now you can do more on Google Maps than just find your way to a place.
