\n\tAI agent platform DeepFabric<\/a> is expanding its partnership with Kenco, a North American third-party logistics provider, with the latter eyeing to deploy more AI agents across the enterprise<\/a> in the next year.<\/p>\n

\n\tDeepFabric said in a statement that the strategic partnership<\/a> reflects Kenco\u2019s commitment to a strategy that does not see AI as a standalone experiment but rather a new coordinated operating capability across the business.<\/p>\n

\n\tKenco initially had six DeepFabric AI agents, which were designed to reduce manual and time-consuming work with sharper decision-making. This gave Kenco\u2019s team more room to focus on complex judgment calls.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe initial deployment was so successful that Kenco is now planning to deploy 20 AI agents across its operations in the next 12 months.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u201cDeepFabric\u2019s platform was engineered for logistics operations at our scale,\u201d said David Caines, Kenco\u2019s chief operating officer, was quoted in the statement saying. \u201cWe put our first six agents into production in three months, without disrupting service to a single customer, and we are on a path to 20 across the enterprise over the next year.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cKenco needs to stay agile for our customers\u2014providing faster response times, sharper insights, and scaling without missing a beat. With\u00a0DeepFabric, we are confident we can deliver on what our customers need and deserve.\u201d Caines said.<\/p>\n

\n\tDeepFabric launched its platform in July, emphasizing that it is purposefully built for the supply chain<\/a>. Each agent operates with context of the workflow, with built-in paths for human review. Teams can inspect agent work, approve or override outputs, and expand to new workflows as value is demonstrated.<\/p>\n

\n\tKenco\u2019s approach distinguishes between two complementary areas of AI investment: agentic AI, which completes tasks within defined guardrails, and generative AI, which creates content and surfaces insights, DeepFabric said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tDeepFabric, which includes HelloFresh and Centric Brands <\/a>among its clients,\u00a0powers the agentic layer to handle the structured operational workflows with the consistency and audit trail that enterprise logistics demands. Kenco\u2019s teams maintain accountability and decision authority throughout.<\/p>\n
