Alongside her husband, Jean, a molecular and cell biologist, the couple amassed a staggering trove of exceptional artworks and design pieces, approximately 107 of which were dispersed in sales at Sotheby\u2019s, presumed to be the most valuable single-owner sale in the house\u2019s history.
