Delfi<\/a>, an AI-native FinTech specialising in balance-sheet intelligence and capital markets execution, has appointed Glen Fossella as its new chief revenue officer.<\/p>\n

In his new role, Fossella will oversee the company\u2019s go-to-market approach, spanning sales, strategic partnerships and revenue growth, as Delfi broadens its range of agentic AI tools built for financial decision-making at community banks and credit unions.<\/p>\n

Fossella arrives with more than two decades of experience spanning FinTech, banking, capital markets and enterprise software. He most recently served as head of customer at Ascent, where he was responsible for the entire customer journey, helping financial institutions assess, roll out and extract value from their investment in the platform.<\/p>\n

Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Peach (since acquired by SoFi), Numerated (since acquired by Moody\u2019s) and Atrion (since acquired by S&P Global), where he concentrated on helping financial institutions apply technology to overcome long-standing limitations and generate business value.<\/p>\n

Delfi is developing an operating platform designed to modernise financial decision-making and capital markets execution. Its agentic, AI-driven technology enables financial institutions to assess balance-sheet decisions as they arise, maintain compliance with asset-liability management standards, model probabilistic outcomes, test what-if scenarios, and both simulate and carry out capital markets transactions with improved speed and certainty.<\/p>\n

Fossella said, \u201cCommunity banks and credit unions are navigating a new era of economic complexity with an old set of tools. Delfi\u2019s agentic AI solutions give CFOs the intelligence and execution capabilities once reserved for Wall Street\u2014helping them move from insight to action with confidence.\u201d<\/p>\n
