Evan Fitzpatrick<\/p>\nSuralink, an agentic automation platform for accounting firms and their clients, announced Wednesday an expansion of its agent library, including what it says is the industry\u2019s first Client Document Prescreen Agent.<\/p>\n
In addition, the Salt Lake City-based company unveiled its new Multi-Level Vouching Agent, Version Compare Agent, and other features that bolster Suralink\u2019s unified Request-to-Review platform.<\/p>\n
The Client Document Prescreen\u00a0Agent\u00a0proactively notifies clients when they have incorrect or missing documents and works with them in real-time to resolve these issues. By helping clients provide the right documents the first time, Suralink\u2019s AI significantly reduces delays, rework, and needless back-and-forth for both firm and client users, the company says.<\/p>\n
Suralink\u2019s\u00a0Multi-Level Vouching Agent\u00a0is able to handle highly complex vouching procedures, helping firms save significant time and increase testing accuracy. The\u00a0Version Compare Agent\u00a0speeds up document review by identifying each change between drafts.<\/p>\n
Suralink is also releasing enhancements to its\u00a0Client Data Vault platform, which launched earlier this year. Client Data Vault allows clients to independently control and utilize their prior-period engagement data, which Suralink says increases client response speed, accuracy, and overall satisfaction. <\/p>\n

Early users report a 20% to 30% reduction in engagement prep time due to the enhanced speed and accuracy of firm-client interactions within the platform, the company adds.<\/p>\n
