{"id":141105,"date":"2026-08-15T19:04:14","date_gmt":"2026-08-15T19:04:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/141105\/"},"modified":"2026-08-15T19:04:14","modified_gmt":"2026-08-15T19:04:14","slug":"yahalomi-mother-daughters-ai-history-used-by-authorities-to-find-them","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/141105\/","title":{"rendered":"Yahalomi mother, daughter&#8217;s AI history used by authorities to find them"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Israelis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/israel-news\/article-905561\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mali and Liel Yahalomi<\/a> were tracked down in Buenos Aires, Argentina, partly because of their AI search history, N12 News reported on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph-section article-body-paragraph\">According to the report, the mother and daughter tried to cover their tracks by deleting the search history, but authorities recovered and traced enough information to locate them.<\/p>\n<p>After consulting AI on how to buy a mobile device without showing identification, the Israelis bought a cell phone in the Czech Republic, left\u00a0for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/travel\/article-904477\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Germany<\/a>, and then traveled on\u00a0to Argentina, N12 reported.<\/p>\n<p>According to N12, the two further asked AI for advice on how to delete specific mobile apps to prevent location tracking, as well as which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/israel-news\/article-905499\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">South American<\/a> countries have no extradition agreement with Israel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph-section article-body-paragraph\">The two Israelis were initially reported missing in Vienna, Austria, about a week ago, with Israeli and Austrian authorities working together to search for them.<\/p>\n<p>They were found on an intercity bus in Buenos Aires early Saturday morning, according to a report by the Jewish news agency in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/jerusalem-report\/article-896518\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Argentina<\/a>, AJN.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph-section article-body-paragraph\">Israel Police released a video after the two were located, showing its police representative in South America, Walter Alejandro Kogan, approaching Mali and Liel on the bus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph-section article-body-paragraph\">\u201cHi Mali, hi Liel. I\u2019m Walter, the police representative in South America, okay? From the Israel Police Intelligence Division,\u201d said Kogan. \u201cI want to ask you a few questions.
