The remaining half will be tied to SB Energy\u2019s planned initial public offering.<\/p>\n<p>The SB Energy firm is backed by ChatGPT-maker OpenAI. It is planning to go public in September this year, and is expected to raise at least $5 billion in the IPO, the report added.<\/p>\n<p>The company was founded in 2019 and develops large-scale power and data center infrastructure projects.
