They turn up at 4 out of 10, curious, cold, opening with a question about price. You spend an hour moving them two points up the scale, and then they go quiet. What if everybody who enquired already knew the price, the process and the reason to say yes?

Pre-sell your prospects with ChatGPT. Get the buying decision made long before the conversation happens. Copy, paste and edit the square brackets in ChatGPT, and keep the same chat window open so the context carries through.

Pre-sell with ChatGPT so prospects don’t need persuadingDecide what ready looks like

A prospect at 4 out of 10 takes an hour of your energy and says maybe. A prospect at 9 out of 10 takes five minutes and a payment link. Familiarity is the entire difference between them. What does the 9 know? What has the 9 watched, read and applied from your work before they ever emailed you? Write it down, then write down what the 4 is missing. That gap is your content plan.

“Based on what you know about me and my business, including what I sell and to whom, build a 10 point readiness scale for my prospects. Describe what someone at 4 out of 10 pre-sold knows, believes and doubts, and what someone at 9 out of 10 knows, believes and has already seen from me. Then list everything that has to happen in between. Ask for more detail if required.”

Answer the objection before they voice it

Every objection has a home in your content. The price. The timing. The proof. Whether it works for somebody in their exact situation, and whether they will do the work once the money has left their account. Answer each one in public, in the format that suits it, and the objection disappears before it gets anywhere near you. An irresistible offer does most of its work before anybody reads the terms.

“List every objection a prospect has before buying my offer, including the ones they never admit. For each one, write the answer in my voice, and tell me the best format for it, whether that is a post, a video, an email, a case study or a line on my sales page. Mark the 3 objections that cost me the most sales. Then give me the content to publish this week that removes them.”

Show proof they see themselves in

Your buyer wants to see somebody like them who got the result. Same industry. Same situation. Same excuse they have been making for years. Show the before, the work, and the after, in enough detail that a stranger recognizes their own week in it. Numbers help, names help. Testimonials that build trust say what changed, how long it took and what nearly stopped them.

“Write the proof plan for my offer. List the case studies I need, the structure for each one, and the questions I ask a client to get the story out of them. Show me how to write them so a stranger sees themselves in the before and believes the after. Then tell me where each piece of proof sits, from my sales page to my emails to my content. Mark the gaps where I have no proof yet, and tell me how to get it.”

Serve the same message in every format

Your buyer reads. Your buyer watches. Your buyer listens on a run, opens an email after dinner, and wants one more answer before committing. Publish your best thinking as video, as audio, as writing, as email. I founded Coachvox to build AI versions of coaches and consultants, so their answers are available whenever the prospect wants to know something, whether or not the coach is online. The format of your content changes every time. The message stays identical.

“Take my strongest responses and proof from this chat. Turn them into a plan across six formats, being video, audio, written content, email, one to one conversation and the AI version of me, built with Coachvox. For each format, tell me what to make, how long it should be and which stage of the buying decision it serves. Then tell me the one asset that would do the most work for me if I made it this month.”

Make the process obvious

What are they saying yes to, exactly? Show the steps, the timeline, the first week, the price and what you expect from them on day one. Take away every unknown and the only decision left is whether they want the outcome. Nobody signs a contract for something they cannot picture. The last conversation becomes a formality. You confirm details and send the link. Selling stops being something you do to people.

“Write the page that explains exactly what working with me looks like. Include the steps from enquiry to first session, the timeline, what happens in week one, what I expect from the client and what they can expect from me. Use plain words with no jargon, and make the price and the terms impossible to miss. Then write the email version I send to anyone who enquires, so they have everything they need to decide.”

Convincing people is a waste of your talent.
