{"id":142789,"date":"2026-08-17T20:10:09","date_gmt":"2026-08-17T20:10:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/142789\/"},"modified":"2026-08-17T20:10:09","modified_gmt":"2026-08-17T20:10:09","slug":"datavault-ai-plans-cybercatch-buy-to-shield-against-ai-attacks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/142789\/","title":{"rendered":"Datavault AI Plans CyberCatch Buy to Shield Against AI Attacks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dvlt.ai\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Datavault AI<\/a> plans to add artificial intelligence-driven, quantum-resistant cyber risk mitigation to its Data Vault Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) by acquiring cybersecurity company <a href=\"https:\/\/cybercatch.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CyberCatch<\/a> for $94.5 million, according to a Friday (Aug. 14) <a href=\"https:\/\/ir.datavaultsite.com\/news-events\/press-releases\/detail\/487\/datavault-ai-will-acquire-cybercatch-in-an-all-cash-transaction\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The proposed transaction will also bring CyberCatch\u2019s AI-enabled continuous compliance and cyber risk mitigation platform into Datavault AI\u2019s Quantum Private Network (QPN) GPU ecosystem, addressing the need for ways to combat fraudsters that are using AI to breach networks as well as the need to prepare for the post-quantum security era, according to the release.<\/p>\n<p>Datavault AI\u2019s proposed acquisition of CyberCatch is subject to customary board, stock exchange, and any regulatory and shareholder approvals, the release said.<\/p>\n<p>Upon closing of the transaction, CyberCatch will operate as a subsidiary of Datavault AI, with CyberCatch Founder, Chairman and CEO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/sai-huda-7b305461\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sai Huda<\/a> serving as president of the subsidiary and reporting to Datavault AI CEO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/natlink\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nathaniel T. Bradley<\/a>, per the release.<\/p>\n<p>Bradley said in the release: \u201cCybersecurity is no longer a separate stack from data and AI. It is the precondition for both.
