Jassy has said he expects AI to help cloud unit Amazon Web Services achieve $600 billion in annual sales, double his own prior estimate, Reuters exclusively reported last month.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">AWS reported total revenue of $128.7 billion in 2025, up \u200cabout 20% from the prior year. \u200bThe division is expected to hit sales \u200bof $142 billion this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Amazon said \u200bin February it would spend about $200 billion in capital \u200cexpenditures this year, primarily focused \u200bon AI development and \u200binfrastructure.
