IGP’s backing will also fund an expansion of the company’s knowledge graph technology beyond its cybersecurity roots into wider risk and enterprise applications, alongside continued additions to its leadership bench.

The raise lands against a backdrop of ballooning corporate technology spend that is not always translating into better outcomes. Gartner expects global businesses to plough $240bn into information security this year alone, yet much of that outlay is producing fragmented data rather than usable insight.

The same research house forecasts that over 40% of agentic AI projects will be scrapped by the end of 2027 as costs spiral, business value stays murky and risk controls fall short, a pattern Prevalent AI puts down to enterprises lacking reliable, joined-up context for their systems to act on.

Prevalent AI’s platform is built to close that gap. Its AI-driven data fabric pulls together hundreds of scattered enterprise data sources into what it calls a sovereign knowledge graph, updated on a rolling basis.

First proven in cybersecurity, a field where disjointed data can translate directly into operational exposure, the system is designed to give both staff and AI tools a clear picture of what exists across an organisation, how the pieces connect and where the weak spots lie. Its customer base spans some of the largest banks, telecoms operators and insurers globally.

The company was set up in 2017 by chief executive Paul Stokes and chief operating officer Arun Raj, alongside a team drawn from the intelligence community, including former GCHQ director Sir Iain Lobban and Andrew France, GCHQ’s former deputy director for cyber defence operations and a co-founder and CEO of DarkTrace.

Prevalent AI has been cash-generative since landing its first customer and had, until now, expanded without external growth funding. Istari, a company linked to Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund Temasek, took a minority stake through a secondary transaction in 2021.

Momentum has since picked up sharply, with annual recurring revenue more than doubling over the past year as take-up of the knowledge graph technology has grown. Clients are also drawing on the firm’s managed services to speed up deployment and support bespoke use cases, with one global insurer cutting the time needed to produce executive security reports by 95% and a large international banking group lifting its incident-detection rate by more than 80%.

The company has recently strengthened its senior ranks too, appointing Stuart Barnard as chief financial officer and Mike East as senior vice president of global sales.

Prevalent AI co-founder and CEO Paul Stokes said, “Large enterprises do not have a shortage of tools or data. They have a shortage of context. Security teams are being asked to make decisions across thousands of systems, controls, identities, and data sources that were never designed to work together.

“For almost a decade, we have been using AI to continuously clean, connect, and contextualize enterprise data so organizations can see what exists, what is working, where the gaps are, and what needs attention. We started with security because that is where fragmented data does the most damage. The investment from Integrity Growth Partners allows us to scale our business beyond cybersecurity into every enterprise function where decisions depend on connected, trusted data.”

Read the daily FinTech news

Copyright © 2026 FinTech Global

Investors

The following investor(s) were tagged in this article.

Prevalent AI, a nine-year-old CyberTech firm known for turning fragmented corporate data into a single, continuously updated knowledge…

[6
179,7493,313,11469,9938,2314,71798,71799,34940,71800
post-145984","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-agentic-ai","tag-agentic-ai","tag-agentic-artificial-intelligence","tag-cybersecurity","tag-cybertech","tag-enterprise-data","tag-funding-round","tag-growth-investment","tag-integrity-growth-partners","tag-knowledge-graph","tag-prevalent-ai
["GET
