Ode with Anthropic<\/a>, an enterprise artificial intelligence transformation company launched by a partnership that includes\u00a0Anthropic<\/a>,\u00a0Blackstone<\/a>,\u00a0Hellman & Friedman<\/a>\u00a0and a consortium of global investors, has acquired AI services firm\u00a0Casper Studios<\/a>, Ode said in a Thursday (Aug. 20)\u00a0press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Casper helps companies put Anthropic\u2019s\u00a0Claude<\/a> to work inside the systems they already use. The company builds skills,\u00a0connectors\u00a0and context within Anthropic products to drive AI\u2019s impact across an organization, according to the release.<\/p>\n

Ode\u2019s acquisition of Casper will help Ode address additional opportunities for AI initiatives as it supports enterprises that are working to transform their business with AI, the release said.<\/p>\n

Ode and Casper have worked with shared clients in the past and found that they both built solutions in the same\u00a0Claude Code<\/a>\u00a0setup and were able to instantly pick up and use each other\u2019s tools, per the release.<\/p>\n

\u201cCEO\u2019s\u00a0have a long tail of AI engineering needs and require a partner who can help them fully realize what frontier AI can do to accelerate their business,\u201d Ode with Anthropic CEO\u00a0Chris Taylor<\/a> said in the release. \u201cAfter collaborating with [Casper Studios CEO and Co-Founder Jay Singh<\/a>\u2019s] team on multiple engagements, we recognized\u00a0a shared\u00a0DNA and a commitment to\u00a0overdelivering for\u00a0the client.\u00a0We\u2019re\u00a0thrilled to have them under the Ode umbrella.\u201d<\/p>\n

Singh said in the release that both Casper and Ode help organizations adopt AI quickly, effectively and in a way that establishes trust.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe know we\u2019ll be able to do even more for our clients working with\u00a0[Ode\u2019s]\u00a0excellent and deeply technical team,\u201d Singh said.<\/p>\n

It was reported in May that Anthropic partnered with Blackstone, Hellman &\u00a0Friedman\u00a0and others to launch a new venture focused on helping enterprise companies embed the Claude\u00a0AI model<\/a>\u00a0into their businesses.<\/p>\n
