At the center of the collaboration is Enhanced Review, a generative AI-powered capability within Viewpoint. The tool applies user-defined protocols to identify relevant content, detect legal issues and surface high-risk documents earlier in the review process.<\/p>\n
Conduent said Enhanced Review, enabled by Google\u2019s Gemini models, is designed to provide explainable results with transparent reasoning, allowing legal teams to understand what was identified and why.<\/p>\n
The company said the technology can answer key case questions in minutes, reduce document-intensive analysis effort by 30% to 60% and improve accuracy, auditability and defensibility.<\/p>\n
Beyond document review, Conduent said the collaboration will extend generative AI across broader legal workflows. Viewpoint Apps use AI-powered analysis to convert large volumes of unstructured documents into structured outputs, including chronologies, privilege logs and case reports.<\/p>\n
Conduent\u2019s CyberMine, integrated with Viewpoint Data Breach Analyzer, automates breach response workflows by extracting participant data at scale, deduplicating entries and generating audit-ready notification lists.<\/p>\n
The company said Viewpoint can be deployed as software as a service on Google Cloud, on-premises or through managed services, giving clients flexibility over how and where their data is managed.<\/p>\n
