The tool <a href=\"https:\/\/the-decoder.com\/anthropic-launches-claude-security-to-give-defenders-the-same-ai-edge-attackers-already-have\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">scans codebases for vulnerabilities and suggests patches<\/a>, available in public beta for Enterprise customers. Scans count as normal token usage. Each finding includes a <a href=\"https:\/\/cwe.mitre.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">CWE category<\/a> (a standard way to classify software flaws), severity ratings, and a suggested fix. Humans still have to sign off on every patch.<\/p>\n<p>Anthropic is also plugging Mythos 5 into partner security products protecting hospitals, utilities, and banks. End users don&#8217;t interact with the model directly and only see results like suggested patches. Several partners <a href=\"https:\/\/claude.com\/blog\/how-our-partners-are-putting-opus-to-work-for-cybersecurity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">already use Claude Opus for security tools<\/a> and are expected to switch to Mythos 5. Security vendors can <a href=\"https:\/\/claude.com\/form\/mythos-cyber-partner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">sign up for partnership access<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Claude Mythos is Anthropic&#8217;s most capable model, <a href=\"https:\/\/the-decoder.com\/new-claude-mythos-becomes-the-first-ai-model-to-clear-all-cyberattack-simulations-from-britains-ai-safety-agency\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">especially for cyber tasks<\/a>, which is why it&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/the-decoder.com\/anthropic-scales-project-glasswing-to-150-partners-across-15-countries-to-hunt-critical-software-flaws\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">not broadly available<\/a>.
