It&#8217;s not going to call for you, is not going to do the submission for you, right? It&#8217;s limited in what is going to be able to do,\u201d Keeter said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to DemandSage, 65% of recruiters use A.I. to save time, improve candidate sourcing and reduce hiring costs.\u00a0The study also says 87% of companies use A.I. in their hiring process.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A.I. tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot Gemini and Claude can cut the time in half when it comes to applying and searching for jobs. It can build a resume, write a cover letter and even find available jobs that best fit a resume.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you think about starting, and everything really starts with the resume, and then you can, you can come up with a plan, and you can ask A.I. to develop the plan for you,\u201d Keeter said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A.I. can build a resume using a LinkedIn account in seconds.\u00a0It\u2019s not entirely accurate, but officials say it\u2019s a good place to start.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you have the mentality that this is going to be a great tool to use, to help you find a job, it&#8217;s really is good, but it&#8217;s not your final product,\u201d said Keeter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Career coach Kimberly Harris-Villalva says A.I. is about re-skilling and re-imagining.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the unprecedented adoption of A.I., the U.S. workforce, it has just been a lot going on over the past six years,\u201d Harris-Villalva said. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She says 60% to 70% of companies report reducing hiring for entry-level roles and says some applicants are worried job postings aren\u2019t real.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is definitely changing how job seekers apply. Are they really jobs? We&#8217;re seeing, you know, our career community as we call them, where they contact us, are these real positions?
