The partnership will also extend to AI adoption within Tieto\u2019s own operations.<\/p>\n<p>One of the earliest initiatives under the agreement is focused on advancing Tieto Tech Consulting\u2019s roadmap to support agentic transformation and engineering productivity. Central to this effort is an ambitious upskilling programme targeting 5,000 consultants, who will be trained in the latest Microsoft AI technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Tieto CEO Endre Rangnes said, \u201cMicrosoft, as one of the leading technology players, is a strong fit for our customers to advance their AI transformation in a sustainable manner. Tieto-Microsoft partnership will form a strong catalyst to elevate customers\u2019 AI solutions from ideas and proof-of-concepts to real-life use cases in production and at scale, creating tangible value.
