AWS partner<\/a> Innovative Solutions has \u201ccracked the code on service delivery\u201d through its new Agentic Delivery solution that led AWS<\/a> to sign a two-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement with the Rochester, N.Y.-based company, said CEO Justin Copie.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re a partner and you haven\u2019t figured out that agentic AI<\/a> is the future, you\u2019re going to be left in the dust,\u201d said Copie, whose company has a 99.7 precent customer retention rate.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis game is all about efficiency, scalability and, honestly, accelerating as fast as you can with customers because customers won\u2019t wait. We\u2019ve just positioned ourselves now to be there front and center,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The AWS Premier Tier Services partner\u2019s new AI-powered Agentic Delivery model\u2014powered by its proprietary AI platform DarcyIQ along with AWS solutions\u2014enables AI agents to execute work alongside data architects and engineers across the full delivery life cycle.<\/p>\n

With AWS AI<\/a> integrated with DarcyIQ, Innovative Solutions\u2019 teams are generating proposals, executing projects and maintaining ongoing client engagement within a single system.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have the ability to go to the market and literally 10X our output for customers. Not only that, but we can build things three to five times faster,\u201d Copie said.<\/p>\n

Increasing Capacity Per Engineer, Time To Production And Faster Delivery<\/p>\n

Copie said his company\u2019s new Agentic Delivery model has increased product capacity per engineer by 3X, boosted time-to-production nearly 40 percent and increased delivery output quality by 30 percent.<\/p>\n

Everything in the middle\u2014like all the coding and all the tech\u2014we figured out a way to streamline with Agentic AI.\u201d<\/p>\n

AWS Signs SCA With Innovative; Hundreds Of New AWS Customers<\/p>\n

AWS saw the customer impact and success Innovative Solutions was having so the world\u2019s largest cloud company signed a two-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with the solution provider around agentic service delivery.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re able to serve more customers. AWS saw that we were able to do that last year. We were able to help bring over 400 new customers to AWS,\u201d Copie said. \u201cThey were like, \u2018Can you do 600 [customers]? Can you do 800 [customers]?\u2019 And that\u2019s literally what our SCA is built on.\u201d<\/p>\n

AWS is committed to scaling Innovative Solutions\u2019 agentic service delivery model across customers to accelerate AI adoption in the AWS ecosystem.<\/p>\n
