{"id":30279,"date":"2026-05-06T23:24:12","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T23:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/30279\/"},"modified":"2026-05-06T23:24:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T23:24:12","slug":"enterprise-ai-cultivates-development-application-for-blacktown-city-council-arn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/30279\/","title":{"rendered":"Enterprise AI cultivates development application for Blacktown City Council \u2013 ARN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Blacktown City Council has tapped software development firm Enterprise AI for an AI-powered solution to tackle development application pressures.<\/p>\n<p>Named Development Application Information System, or DAISY, the Microsoft-based solution was introduced as a means to help the Council cut down on development application assessment timeframes and manage growing application volumes with limited resources.<\/p>\n<p>According to Enterprise AI, applicants found the development application process complex and unclear, which led to high enquiry and requests for information volumes.<\/p>\n<p>Complicating matters further was the fact that staff are required to respond to all enquiries by law, which created an even larger burden on employees.<\/p>\n<p>As such, the Council took on DAISY as an early adopter, with a hard launch in January this year.
