It can be accessed via desktop app, enterprise collaboration tools, or email.

Alongside Project Arc, ServiceNow has completed its integration of AI Control Tower into the NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory validated design, extending governance to large-scale model workloads at the data center level.

The two companies are also releasing NOWAI-Bench, an open benchmarking suite covering agentic evaluation across ITSM, customer service, and HR workflows, as well as a separate framework for voice agent evaluation in enterprise settings.

Kari Briski, Vice President of Generative AI for Enterprise at NVIDIA, pointed to the infrastructure complexity underpinning the push:

“Long-running, autonomous agents are rapidly changing the game for enterprise AI, and delivering them securely at scale requires governance that spans models, software, and AI infrastructure.”

Project Arc is in early preview. The AI Control Tower and NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory integration is generally available, and NOWAI-Bench is live as an open-source release.

Autonomous Security & Risk: Acquisitions Come into Focus

CX Today has previously reported on ServiceNow’s acquisitions of both Veza and Armis: the former an AI-native access governance platform, the latter a real-time asset intelligence company valued at around $7 billion.

Knowledge 2026 was where the company finally showed how those two pieces fit together.

The launch of Autonomous Security & Risk brings both into a single platform designed to govern AI agent identities, permissions, and connected assets across the enterprise.

Veza’s Access Graph maps every access relationship in real time, outlining what has access, what it can do, and how that shifts as AI agents multiply.

Armis feeds asset intelligence across IT, OT, IoT, and connected devices directly into the ServiceNow CMDB, turning what was a static inventory into a live picture of the attack surface.

John Aisien, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Central Product Management, Security & Risk at ServiceNow, didn’t understate the problem the product is aimed at:

“Today’s CISOs have to operate at two speeds: neutralizing threats in real time while reporting risk to the board with conviction.

“Autonomous Security & Risk replaces that fragmented stack with a single graph that maps every identity, every permission, and every connected asset, so prevention, detection, and response happen at machine speed.”

ServiceNow cited results from existing customers to back the claims, including a global energy company that cut threat containment time by 97%, a major U.S. financial institution that eliminated 96% of dormant non-human identities, and a Fortune 100 aerospace manufacturer that reduced control attestation time by 75%.

One Product, Three Directions

ServiceNow is assembling AI Control Tower’s footprint through partnerships, hardware-level integrations, and now its own acquired technology – pushing governance into the productivity layer, the infrastructure layer, and the security perimeter in the same week.

The ambition is clear enough. Whether customers actually experience it as a coherent governance layer – rather than a set of well-marketed integrations that happen to share a product name – is the question that Knowledge 2027 will likely be left to answer.

ServiceNow has dropped three announcements that, taken together, amount to the clearest signal yet of what AI Control…

[6
179,511,405,3768,25,7537,8916,1681,17776
0":"post-30382","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-agentic-ai","8":"tag-agentic-ai","9":"tag-ai-agent","10":"tag-ai-agents","11":"tag-ai-governance-tools","12":"tag-artificial-intelligence","13":"tag-artificial-intelligence-agents","14":"tag-cloud-security","15":"tag-security-and-compliance","16":"tag-security-compliance-software
["GET
