\n\t\t\t\t\t\tArkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin launched a new “Emerging Issues” series in North Little Rock at the event center on Monday, May 11.The day-long event was titled “Innovation with Integrity: Embracing AI Responsibly in Your Legal Practice.” Griffin talked to Brigadier General Olen (Chad) Bridges about how AI is being used by the National Guard.”One of our guard members trains executives at Walmart on AI in his civilian career, so we did some training events with Walmart on that. We’ve partnered with the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, on putting 100 of our teammates into their data science certificate program,” Bridges said.He said that Arkansas Governor Sarah Sanders and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth both support the National Guard in its use of AI. “For me, I see this as a tool but also as a capability to level up our teammates to do things more and better and faster than they could do it without it,” Bridges said.There are approximately 9,000 members of the Arkansas National Guard.The AG’s series is free to attend.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
