Initial use cases will cover employee onboarding, third-party risk management, including fraud and identity verification, and model lifecycle governance.

A key driver behind the partnership is addressing one of the most significant barriers to agentic AI adoption: a lack of trusted data. According to industry research cited by the two companies, data limitations represent the primary obstacle for eight out of ten organisations looking to scale beyond pilot deployments. By embedding trusted intelligence directly into enterprise workflows, the partnership aims to help clients move from experimentation to full-scale deployment.

Experian operates across financial services, healthcare, automotive, agrifinance, insurance and other industry segments. The company uses a combination of data, analytics and software to support lending decisions, fraud prevention, digital marketing, healthcare administration and automotive market analysis, as well as helping millions of individuals work towards their financial goals.

Experian Software Solutions president Keith Little said, “We see agentic AI as a fundamental change in how intelligent services are delivered, and this partnership brings together complementary strengths and a shared vision for building them the right way.

“By connecting our intelligence and decisioning capabilities in Ascend directly into ServiceNow’s workflow, businesses can operate with confidence at scale, while extending the impact of our capabilities into new industries and enterprise workflows. This partnership cements Experian’s position as a global leader

ServiceNow EMEA president Cathy Mauzaize said, “Businesses are ready to move beyond experimentation, and this partnership gives them exactly what they need to scale. By bringing together ServiceNow’s AI Platform, with Experian’s world-leading decisioning and analytics platform, we’re enabling deeper insights and delivering AI that can make smarter decisions and act faster in a secure environment that delivers real outcomes.”

Read the daily FinTech news

Copyright © 2026 FinTech Global

Investors

The following investor(s) were tagged in this article.

Experian, the global data and technology company, has announced a new long-term global partnership with ServiceNow, the AI…

[6
179,7493,24612,183,24613,14068,3812,327
post-40181","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-agentic-ai","tag-agentic-ai","tag-agentic-artificial-intelligence","tag-ai-decisioning","tag-data-analytics","tag-experian","tag-infrastructure-enterprise-software","tag-regtech","tag-servicenow
["GET
