WinWire\u2019s expertise across Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, data engineering, and modern applications is expected to accelerate NTT DATA\u2019s delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions across industries.<\/p>\n<p>NTT DATA said the acquisition supports growing demand for AI-driven, cloud-native transformation as enterprises increasingly move beyond AI experimentation toward production deployments. The company also noted that the combined capabilities will strengthen its leadership position within the Microsoft ecosystem, building on its recognition as Microsoft\u2019s Global System Integrator Growth Champion Partner of the Year.<\/p>\n<p>Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, WinWire operates delivery centers in India and has received multiple Microsoft Partner of the Year awards. The company is also a member of Microsoft\u2019s Agentic Partner Alliance Program.<\/p>\n<p>According to the announcement, the combined organizations will provide expanded capabilities across infrastructure, applications, data engineering, AI platforms, and managed services, helping enterprises deploy AI solutions more securely and efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition also enhances NTT DATA\u2019s Global Business Unit for Microsoft Cloud, which operates across more than 50 countries and is supported by over 24,000 Microsoft certifications.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
