{"id":4215,"date":"2026-04-13T15:16:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T15:16:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/4215\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T15:16:07","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T15:16:07","slug":"vasa-embraces-ai-in-new-personal-training-app","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/4215\/","title":{"rendered":"Vasa Embraces AI in New Personal Training App"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The HVLP operator is bringing the AI revolution to its personal training ecosystem, amplifying personalization to encourage consistency and engagement in and outside of the gym<\/p>\n<p>Vasa Fitness is upgrading what personal training means at the high-value, low-price (HVLP) operator with the launch of its new app powered by artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>The app, which was created in partnership with Demotu, extends Vasa\u2019s personal training offerings beyond the gym floor with enhanced personalization that caters to members\u2019 goals and abilities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a meaningful step forward not just for Vasa, but for the HVLP category as a whole,\u201d said Vasa Fitness COO Chris Griebe.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re combining expert coaching with intelligent technology in a way that simply hasn\u2019t existed at this price point,\u201d he continued. \u201cOur members deserve more than access to a great fitness center\u2014they deserve direction, personalization, and real support every time they walk into the gym.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The personal training insights are built from core components: a 3D movement analysis and InBody composition scan that members complete during an in-person consultation, and AI which refines the fully personalized training program created by trainers. As members progress with their programs, AI will change the structure to reflect their progress.<\/p>\n<p>Between personal training sessions the app provides trainer-prescribed workouts, where members can also track their progress, access exercise demos and stay on top of their plan to encourage consistency.<\/p>\n<p>The app is a component of Vasa\u2019s larger personal training ecosystem, which includes one-on-one and group coaching.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis isn\u2019t about replacing trainers \u2014 it\u2019s about empowering them,\u201d Griebe said. \u201cTechnology allows our trainers to deliver smarter, more personalized programs at scale, so every member gets a plan that works for them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All <a href=\"https:\/\/vasafitness.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">Vasa<\/a> memberships include a free 60-minute personal training consultation \u2014 a starting point for members to understand their body, define their goals and build a plan with expert guidance, which will now have the additional support of the app.<\/p>\n<p>Vasa\u2019s move is a part of a wave of fitness brands leaning into the AI revolution.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Technogym recently launched <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/technogym-ai-ecosystem-personal-trainers-gyms\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">its own AI Ecosystem<\/a>, which pulls from a dataset of 38 million users, includes features such as Adaptive Training workout programs that continuously adapt to a user\u2019s progress, data and goals to enhance and streamline results, as well as an AI coach.<\/p>\n<p>Les Mills also announced a partnership with AI fitness app Zing to bring its group fitness programs to the app\u2019s users who utilize adaptive AI, that <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/zing-coach-raises-10m-for-feature-packed-ai-fitness-app\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">offers real-time form tracking and body composition analysis<\/a> among its features.
