Chi, Vice President of Research at Google DeepMind; Dr. Hung Bui, Vice President at Qualcomm AI Research; and Marc Woo, Managing Director of Google Vietnam and Asia-Pacific.<\/p>\n<p>Executives from both domestic and international corporations and startups are also expected to participate.<\/p>\n<p>GStar 2026 will feature keynote presentations alongside three panel discussions.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond theory, the event will place strong emphasis on real-world AI implementation and talent development, serving as a strategic bridge connecting businesses, innovators, investors and policymakers.<\/p>\n<p>Generative AI applications, AI in healthcare and fintech solutions will also be showcased through live demonstrations during the forum.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the vision behind the event, Dr. Thang Luong described GStar 2026 as \u201can important milestone for the Asia-Pacific AI ecosystem in reshaping how AI serves humanity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He expressed hope that the forum would help reposition Asia from being primarily a technology adopter to becoming a global leader in artificial intelligence innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing a similar perspective, Professor Po-Shen Loh said that in the AI era, humanity\u2019s core values lie in flexible thinking, empathy and ethical responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, GStar 2026 will provide a platform to discuss how these qualities can be nurtured to ensure technological breakthroughs continue to serve humanity\u2019s best interests.<\/p>\n<p>GStar 2026 continues NTI\u2019s annual AI event series, which has been organized since 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, AI Day 2023 attracted more than 1,300 attendees with the appearance of OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, while GenAI 2024 welcomed more than 800 participants and featured Jeff Dean, Google\u2019s Chief Scientist.<\/p>\n<p>Du Lam<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The event is expected to attract around 1,000 in-person attendees.
