The company said the platform will be free for the first two months and enables teams to build production-ready dialog agents in under ten minutes.

The platform powers enterprise customer conversations across 75 languages and 25 countries and is used by organizations including Marriott International, Foot Locker, PG&E, Caesars Entertainment, UniCredit, and FedEx.

PolyAI said the platform is designed for complex enterprise conversations such as medical appointment screenings, gas leak inquiries, and payment authorization issues, where conversational AI systems must maintain context and deliver resolutions without relying heavily on human intervention.

The company introduced several tools as part of the broader platform rollout:

Poly Agent Builder, which allows users to describe business requirements in natural language and automatically generates production-ready agents, knowledge bases, guardrails, and conversation flows.
Agent Development Kit (ADK), which includes self-serve API keys, native integrations, CLI support, Git versioning compatibility, and developer workflow integrations.
Shareable testing environments that allow teams to validate and demonstrate agent behavior before deployment.

PolyAI also highlighted Raven, its proprietary dialog model trained on more than a billion enterprise conversations. The company said Raven was purpose-built for enterprise dialog use cases and differs from general-purpose AI models that were originally designed for chat applications.

The platform additionally supports external AI models, including GPT-5, Claude, and Gemini, enabling enterprises to select models based on use case, language, or regulatory requirements.

According to PolyAI, some of its largest deployments perform work equivalent to more than 1,000 full-time employees per enterprise. The company also noted that more than 3,000 restaurants, including Fogo de Chão, use the platform for customer engagement workflows.

KEY QUOTES:

“Everyone wants to move at the speed of thought right now: writing code, shipping products, using AI to do in minutes what used to take days. But dialog with complexity, the kind where an agent must participate in a real, high-stakes conversation and actually deliver a resolution, is a problem that hasn’t been cracked at scale. That’s exactly what we’ve spent a decade solving with the world’s best brands, and today we’re opening it up to every builder.”

Nikola Mrkšić, Co-founder and CEO, PolyAI

“Most models treat dialog as an afterthought, with prompts layered on top after the fact. With Raven, agent behavior is in the weights, not bolted on through prompts that drift under pressure. We built the best default for dialog, then made the platform open to every model an enterprise builder might need.”

Shawn Wen, Co-founder and CTO, PolyAI

PolyAI announced it is opening its Agentic Dialog Platform to all builders, giving developers and enterprise teams access…

[6
179,7493,9643
post-43895","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-agentic-ai","tag-agentic-ai","tag-agentic-artificial-intelligence","tag-polyai
["GET
