The acquisition bolsters NTT DATA\u2019s position to support organizations as they begin to implement and scale AI-powered operations, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>By boosting capabilities across data platforms, agentic AI, and modern applications, NTT DATA said it is \u201csharpening its ability to deliver production-ready AI solutions aligned to industry needs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Part of Tokyo-based NTT Group, NTT DATA has its North American headquarters in Plano.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe acquisition of WinWire is a decisive step in advancing our enterprise AI strategy and expanding our leadership in Microsoft Azure and AI-powered cloud transformation,\u201d said Abhijit Dubey, CEO and chief AI officer at NTT DATA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy combining WinWire\u2019s deep expertise in cloud-native development and agentic AI with NTT DATA\u2019s global scale,\u201d Dubey added in a statement, \u201cthis positions us to lead the shift to enterprise AI, enabling clients to move from experimentation to enterprise-wide deployment and achieve meaningful business outcomes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Shaping \u2018the next wave of AI-driven transformation\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Headquartered in Santa Clara, California,\u00a0with global delivery centers in India,\u00a0WinWire is a six\u2011time Microsoft Partner of the Year Award winner and finalist, supporting enterprises in establishing AI\u2011ready digital foundations and scaling intelligent, cloud\u2011based solutions that provide measurable business outcomes, NTT DATA said.<\/p>\n<p>Upon the deal\u2019s close, WinWire will add more than 1,000 skilled Azure engineers and Microsoft specialists to NTT DATA, contributing extensive experience in Microsoft environments, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry.
