{"id":4489,"date":"2026-04-13T21:34:19","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T21:34:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/4489\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T21:34:19","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T21:34:19","slug":"bonner-community-council-to-discuss-potential-ai-data-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ai\/4489\/","title":{"rendered":"Bonner Community Council to discuss potential AI data center"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BONNER \u2014 Bonner and West Riverside have seen several development proposals in recent months.<\/p>\n<p>Neighbors interested in learning more about the proposed Blackfoot Crossing subdivision and a potential AI data center can attend the community council meeting on Monday, April 13.<\/p>\n<p>The council will meet at 7 p.m. in the Bonner School cafeteria.<\/p>\n<p>This month&#8217;s meeting will include updates on the proposed Bonner Mill AI data center and the special exception permit process.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/missoulacountyvoice.com\/bonner-data-center\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Missoula County&#8217;s webpage<\/a> detailing the possible project, a special exception permit is &#8220;an allowed use that meets the intent of the zoning in an area, but which, because of location, scale, required infrastructure or other potential impacts, requires a special degree of consideration and control to ensure it is consistent and compatible with the overall community character.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The council will also review the current status and next steps for the Blackfoot Crossing subdivision.<\/p>\n<p>In March, county commissioners selected Neighborhood Centered zoning rather than the developer\u2019s requested Commercial Center zoning. <\/p>\n<p>That means a travel plaza, as proposed, is not an allowed commercial development.<\/p>\n<p>Along with the Neighborhood Center designation, commissioners approved rezoning the property for light industrial, residential and minimal commercial development. <\/p>\n<p>They also included areas designated for recreation.<\/p>\n<p>Several other topics are also on the agenda.<\/p>\n<p>If neighbors cannot attend in person, the meeting will be streamed on <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/j\/7489963769?pwd=c1pIYVcvR3pNUFYvM0Z1YVdteDJZUT09&amp;fbclid=IwY2xjawRKMClleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETFEY2ZySTZLRjNScWFTNlpwc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHjDLVnEp81yZbITHkTlSCmvtubr-WqxNMXB-2eH13_EqTCSl4CXOpOH1mCG1_aem_Ko_taryNVvRbiRaj9-t7eA#success\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Zoom<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The password to join the meeting is Bonner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"BONNER \u2014 Bonner and West Riverside have seen several development proposals in recent months.
