Adobe is expanding its agentic AI capabilities and partnerships to make its creative tools available across multiple AI platforms, including Google Gemini, Claude and its own Firefly ecosystem.<\/p>\n
The company has introduced the Adobe creative agent, which powers the Firefly AI Assistant in Adobe Firefly, along with the \u2018Adobe for creativity\u2019 connector for Claude.<\/p>\n
Adobe is expanding its partnership with Google to bring the Adobe connector to Gemini in the coming weeks. Once rolled out, Gemini users will be able to describe what they want to create and use Adobe tools for imaging, design and video within the same interface.<\/p>\n
The system is designed so users can describe a creative outcome in natural language, while the AI agent handles execution by connecting tools in sequence and seeking approval at each step.<\/p>\n
The company shared examples of early use cases, including a photographer who used Firefly AI Assistant to transform simple portraits into more cinematic images without switching between applications. <\/p>\n
Another creator using the Adobe connector inside Claude said the system allowed them to generate multiple platform-ready versions of a single image in one workflow.<\/p>\n
The tools are intended to reduce repetitive manual work and shorten the gap between idea and execution, allowing users to iterate more quickly across formats and platforms.<\/p>\n
The Firefly AI Assistant will remain its core environment for agentic creative tools, offering more than 60 professional-grade features across Creative Cloud applications. The Claude connector includes more than 50 tools, and the upcoming Gemini integration will extend access further.<\/p>\n
