up prices for the most advanced models, the bang-for-the-buck method of comparing different AI models \u2013 as opposed to ranking their raw intelligence \u2013 has gained popularity in recent months.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">DeepSeek\u2019s official application programming interface (API) price for V4 Pro is now as low as US$0.0036 per 1 million cached input tokens, and US$0.87 per 1 million output tokens.<\/p>\n<p>This means that the model requires US$268 to run Artificial Analysis\u2019 Intelligence Index benchmark tests, a composite benchmark combining several performance metrics. <a target=\"_self\" class=\"e1yy41x40 ef9u0v01 css-1ankfgb ecgc78b0\"
