The humanoid robot, developed\u00a0and designed\u00a0by Unitree Robotics, is built with a humanlike structure that includes articulated limbs and joints. That data is processed through AI systems that allow it to interpret its surroundings and respond in real time.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe provide the robot with an AI-driven cognitive system that allows it to assess its surroundings and determine the appropriate course of action,\u201d Amiri said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>These systems enable the robot to carry out physical tasks such as walking, balancing and manipulating objects while adjusting to changes in its environment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The integration of\u00a0perception\u00a0and control allows the robot to\u00a0maintain\u00a0stability and respond dynamically to external conditions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration and Student Involvement\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration is central to the BRAINS Lab, where students and faculty from computer science, engineering and psychology contribute to\u00a0different stages\u00a0of the research.
