Other investors included Baillie Gifford &amp; Co., Blackstone, Brookfield Corp., D.E. Shaw Ventures, DST Global, Fidelity Management &amp; Research Co., General Catalyst Partners, Insight Partners, Jane Street Europe, Lightspeed Venture Partners and MGX Fund Management Ltd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The round also included $15B of previously committed investments from hyperscalers, including $5B from Amazon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anthropic said annualized revenue surpassed $47B earlier this month, reflecting continued growth since the company closed its Series G financing in February.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis funding will help us serve the historic demand we are experiencing, stay at the research frontier and bring Claude to more of the places where work happens,\u201d said Krishna Rao, Anthropic\u2019s chief financial officer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company said it plans to use the proceeds to advance safety and interpretability research, expand compute capacity and scale products and partnerships.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anthropic also announced agreements with Amazon for up to five gigawatts of new capacity, with Google and Broadcom for five gigawatts of next-generation TPU capacity and with SpaceX for GPU capacity at its Colossus data centers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Semiconductor suppliers Micron Technology, Samsung and SK Hynix joined the company as strategic infrastructure partners.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cClaude\u2019s latest advancements have driven large-scale adoption among the world\u2019s most demanding organizations,\u201d said Brad Gerstner, founder and chief executive officer of Altimeter Capital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alfred Lin, a partner at Sequoia Capital, said startups and large enterprises alike are deploying Claude to manage increasingly complex workflows, describing Anthropic as \u201cbuilding the bridge between where enterprise AI stands today and where it\u2019s headed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claude is available through Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
