According to Experian, the application is informed by lender eligibility criteria, consumer-permissioned data, and the company\u2019s marketplace infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Consumers using the ChatGPT application can explore loan options and compare lenders before being directed to Experian\u2019s website for a more personalized experience. There, eligible users can view pre-qualified offers, personalized rates and terms, and loans labeled under Experian\u2019s No Ding Decline program, which does not affect credit scores if an applicant is not initially approved.<\/p>\n<p>The launch expands Experian\u2019s efforts to integrate financial services into AI-powered consumer experiences. The company previously introduced the Experian Insurance ChatGPT application, its Experian Virtual Assistant (EVA), and AI-powered initiatives through platforms such as Snapchat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs consumers increasingly expect financial tools to be integrated into the digital experiences they already use every day, platforms like ChatGPT are creating new opportunities to simplify how borrowers explore lending options.
